Begin with the construction

Give each requested style a reference code or your own drawing. State whether it is a stretch bracelet, a clasped tennis line, an adjustable slider, a chain style or a cuff. Describe the features to retain and the changes you want. A photo communicates a visual direction; dimensions and construction details still belong in writing.

Specify fit and components

Use millimeters or centimeters and name the measurement: finished length, relaxed inner size, opening, width or intended fit range. Specify the target metal, stone or pearl-look material, finish and relevant requirements. If a material is undecided, mark it for discussion instead of treating the photograph as proof.

Write down every color variant

List plating direction and stone color separately for each variant. A phrase such as blue bracelets can leave the metal tone, stone size and quantity unclear. A color reference or approved sample gives the discussion a shared target. The 2 mm assortment guide is one defined starting program; other structures require their own options.

Keep pieces and sets separate

For loose bracelets, record the quantity of each combination. For a retail set, first describe the contents of ONE set and then the number of sets. Example: five colors, one bracelet of each color per set, across 100 sets, means 500 bracelet pieces. This example explains units and is not a minimum order.

Include packaging and the delivery requirement

State whether the buying unit is a loose piece, a carded bracelet or a boxed set. Add artwork, label and barcode needs, protection and any assembly instructions. Include the delivery country and required date so the quotation can address the full request. Availability, minimums, sample costs and timing are confirmed for the project.

Approve a version that can be referenced again

Record the sample version and the construction, dimensions, materials, color, finish and packaging you approve. Keep revisions in the same brief. When requesting production or a reorder, identify the approved version and list changes explicitly so a new discussion does not depend on memory or an old image alone.
